The “bistronomique”
Jeanne-Aimée

The name of this bistro is a nod to Jeanne-Aimée - the mother of one of the partners who died at the age of 104 on the day the work began.
Sylvain Parisot, a young chef who trained at Pascal Barbot's Astrance has chosen to combine tradition and creation. On the plates, character and undeniable talent from the first amuse-bouche. For the space, the inspiration is Art-Deco.

The identity is a mixture - a feminine inspiration, an essence that is both traditional and modernist a dosage of character and elegance.
