The opening sequence of Jeune & Golri is inspired by the main character of the series, Prune.
Like her, it approaches a childish and naïve way, driven by sweet and bright colors. Also, the choice of a traditional animation with a deliberately shaky line marks this uncertain path towards adulthood. References to the series themes appear throughout the sequence: stand-up comedy, relationships between the protagonists and uninhibited subjects.
